LFC Workers
Field crew capture · phoneField crews document the job from the chat app already on their phones — big buttons, in Spanish, zero training. Photos, receipts, and voice notes pass through an approval queue and file themselves onto the right project.
How a crew uses it
Four moves, no training manual.Tap a button
Workers open the chat and pick from three big buttons — site photo, receipt, or voice note. Their own language, zero commands to learn.
Pick the project
Projects appear as buttons labeled client — address. The choice sticks for the whole session until they change it.
Send photos, receipts, voice
Albums, single shots, videos, and voice notes all work. Receipts are read automatically and logged as expenses on the project.
Approved, then it files itself
Nothing touches the record until the office approves it. On approval it lands in the timeline, the categorized folders, and the daily site report.
What it does
- Button-driven and bilingual — a new crew member is productive in one minute
- Photo albums, receipts, videos, and voice notes — typed and categorized
- Receipts read automatically and logged as expenses on the correct project
- Everything waits in an approval queue before touching the record
- Approved media files itself: timelines, folders, and the daily site report
Put the whole crew on the record.
