Atlas

Property outreach pipeline · iPad

A direct-mail engine for contractors. Atlas searches property records across an area, filters down to the homes most likely to renovate, renders each one as it could look after the work, and mails the owner a postcard of their own house — with a QR code to a private before-and-after microsite. A scan is the hot lead. Every stage below is the real pipeline, running end to end.

What each stage really does

The pipeline behind the animation.
01 · DISCOVER

Parcels, not listings

Homes for sale are the wrong pool — those owners are leaving. Atlas pulls every parcel in a drawn area from property records instead.

02 · FILTER

Likely to renovate

Year built, years since last sale, owner-occupied, single family. Hundreds of homes narrow to a shortlist worth spending money on.

03 · ENRICH

Owner and a usable photo

Owner and mailing address resolve from the records. A vision model grades every facade photo — front-facing, unobstructed, well lit — and anything that fails drops into a manual capture queue.

04 · RENDER

The house, after the work

Four recipes — exterior, kitchen, bathroom, room — over one shared style, so every house comes out consistent. The real structure is preserved; only finishes change.

05 · SELECT

Best render wins the front

Several exterior variants are scored on style match and structure fidelity. The winner becomes the postcard hero automatically.

06 · PUBLISH

A private microsite

Each house gets its own gallery at an unguessable link that expires. One clean call to action, and every scan is logged.

07 · PRINT

Print-ready postcard

6×9 with bleed and safe margins. Their own home on the front, the QR and mailing block on the back — and no prices, estimates or ROI figures anywhere.

08 · MAIL

Tracked to the scan

Print and postage go out through an API and stay trackable. When the QR is scanned, the lead flips to hot and rises to the top of the call list.
